WOD: 30 min AMRAP- Partner “tag team” style

    2 rope climbs or 8 ring rows
    4 HSPU or 2 wall walks
    6 Back Squats
    8 T2B

    for example, Partner A does 2 rope climbs, then partner b does 2 rope climbs. Only one partner works at time.

    Lv1: 115/75
    Lv2: 155/105
    Lv3: 185/135
