    We are on WEEK 2 of progressive Whole 30 Challenge. This week is NO DAIRY + NO GLUTEN!
    Let’s clean up that diet and get us ready for the CF TEAM SERIES

    *CrossFit Team Series!!! Partner competition, 4 WODs, 2 Weeks! 9/20-10/2. We will be hosting Friday nights and Saturday mornings. Find a partner and sign-up online HERE. Can be mixed-gender or same-gender pairs.

Skill:

    Handstand walking
    Lv1: kicking up to wall/ shoulder taps
    Lv2: holding free HS practice W/ shoulder taps
    Lv3: Find max figure 8 laps around cones

WOD:

    For time:
    75 Sit ups
    Then,
    5rds
    20 Overhead Walking Lunge w/ plate
    10 Burpee DB Snatch
    Then,
    75 Sit-ups

    Lv1: 25/15 plate, 25/15 DB
    Lv2: 35/25, 30/20
    Lv3: 45/35, 50/35
