    Chipper for time
    400m run
    30 push ups
    500m row
    30 goblet squats
    30/25 cal AB
    30 Burpees

Strength:

    Single Leg DL w/ BB
    4×6 each leg

WOD:

    3 min on/ 2 min off-4x
    15/12 Cal Row
    15 OH sit-ups w/ plate (35/25)
    Burpees for reps

    Partner up as necessary. 2nd group starts at 2 min mark.
