    9am Lite N Tite
    9:30 am-11:30 come anytime to do the open workout. First heat starts at 10am! (registered or not). No regular CrossFit class during this time.

    25ft Over Head Walking Lunge 95/65
    8 Bar-Facing burpees
    25ft OH Walking Lunge

    25ft Front Rack Walking Lunges 45/35*
    8 BF Burpees
    25ft FR Walking Lunge
    8 Jumping Pull-Ups**

    *use empty bar- no dropping!
    ** bar must be 6 in above top of head- arms must lock out at start of rep
