The final CrossFit Games 2014 Open WOD is here! This is going to be a long one. Come get warmed up early so we can start rolling out heats at 9:45am.

*For those of you who are not registered, you are welcome to scale down the weight to an appropriate level. You will also have a 27 min time cap.

    1. For your front rack: Tricep Extension Smash
    2. To hit depth in your front squat: Banded Heel Cord- Anterior Approach
    3. And Banded Heel Cord- Posterior Approach
    4. For your blown quads after: Couch Stretch
