    1 Minute Stations for 7 rounds
    -DB/KB Curtis P’s for reps 35/25
    -100m Run
    -Rest

9:30 and 10:30 am Regular CrossFit
Strength:

    5×3 Pause Front Squats ~65%

WOD:
