    Headstands and Handstands, 10 min to:

    a) Work on the tripod position against the wall/ or free and practice raising legs up and down in a piked or tucked position.

    b) Practice kicking into a handstand against the wall, and try free standing a couple feet away from wall.

STR

    Sumo DL. 8 min to Find a 3 rep max.

    *Everyone starts with an empty barbell, then clock starts with strict 8 min to est. 3 rep max.

WOD

    3 rds:
    12 Sumo DL (185/155)
    34Grasshoppers
    400 m run

    *For grasshoppers: each time you touch one knee= 1 rep
