    2. Banded Heel Cord- Anterior Approach
    3. Psoas Smash and Floss

Skill: for 10 rds

    Sprint 100 m every 90 sec

WOD: for time

    1 min plank buy-in then,
    2-4-6-8-10-
    12
    Pistols each leg
    strict T2B

    then,
    1 min plank

    (on elbows)
    *alternating pistols is ok

    Lv1: box pistols, knee raises, no swing
    Lv2: rolling pistols, strict knees to armpits
