    *Goal is to try and keep adding weight with each set

WOD: 10 min AMRAP

    7 Front Squats @ 155/105
    100m Run
    7 Box Jump @ 30/24

Finisher:

    3, 1 minute plank holds, rest 30 sec in between each one.
