Skill:

    MU drills (10 min)
    Swing Hip to Rings
    MU transitions
    Ring Supports

WOD:

    4 rounds for time
    400 m run
    4 Muscle Ups
    40 Double Unders

    Lv1: 12 pull-ups
    Lv2: 8 Chest 2 bar pull-ups

    *20 min time cap

    (10-15 min WOD)

6pm Lite N Tite
WOD:

    10 rounds for time:
    5 Pull-ups
    10 wall balls
    100 m sprint
    rest 1 min
