This Sunday is the Hassle Free Breakers at CFPH! Come watch youth and adults throw up some weight at this Olympic Lifting meet! We will only have 1 class that day at 9am.

Strength:

    Push Press
    Week 1, cycle 2
    65% + 5# x 5
    75% + 5# x 5
    85% + 5# x max reps

WOD/Skill:

    EMOM 5
    1 Snatch high pull + 1 Hang power snatch + 1 OHS
    EMOM 5
    2 Hang Squat Snatch

    1 Haulting Snatch (pause at knee, then go)

Skill:

    A: Agility Ladder Drills

    B: 20sec on/off HS hold x 4rds

WOD:

    18 min AMRAP
    4,6,8…Box jump overs
    20 Russian Twists w/mb
    20 Grasshoppers

    Box jump over reps go up by 2 each round
