    15 S2O @ 115/85 or 50% 1rm
    15 S2O @ 135/95 or 55% 1rm
    Max Reps S2O @ 155/105 or 60% 1rm

Finisher:

    3 x 10 GHD sit-ups
    3 x 15 External Rotator Cuff Exercies
