    Warm up to 80% of your 1RM then perform a 5×3 at that weight

WOD: 3 Rounds for time

    5 Back Squats @ 225/155 or 70% of your 1 RM
    500m Row

    *Off rack is OK

Finish:

    Foam roll quads and adductors.
    “couch stretch” on wall- 90 sec per side.
