    Every 2 min for 10 min

WOD:

    3 min on/1 off-4 cycles
    8 Box Jumps 30/24”
    8 DB Snatch (total)
    8 DB OHS (total)

    Lv1: 20/15
    Lv2: 35/25
    Lv3: 50/35

    *DB Snatch- both side of DB must touch the ground each rep
    *restart AMRAP each cycle
