This Satruday, Dec 2nd, is our 6th ANNUAL HOLIDAY ATHLETE’S CUP! Our favorite time of the year, you don’t want to miss it! This is an in-house, friendly competition for our members only. There is an Rx and Scaled division. Check our Facebook event HERE for more details.

Strength A:

    EMOM 12
    Hang (squat snatch) +1,2,3 OHS
    Min 1- 1 Hang Snatch +1OHS
    Min 2- 1 Hang Snatch +2 OHS
    Min 3- 1 Hang Snatch + 3 OHS
    Increase # then start back at 1 OHS…
    Min 4- 1 Hang Snatch + 1 OHS…

Strength B:

    Back Squat
    5×5 E2M
    Start at 75% and increase from there as desired.

WOD:

    CrossFit Open 12.1
    7 min AMRAP Burpees to a target
