WARM-UP:
2x:
6 Squat flow
6 Hip warm-up
6 Push-up to down-dog
6 Spider-lunges (ankle focus)
then 1x:
10 Air squats
10 Reverse-step lunges
10 Feet together air squats
3 Toe pistols (each leg)
3 Ankle pistols (each leg)

WOD:
15 min clock…
Buy-in: 50 Thrusters (pick load)
then, AMRAP in remaining time:
10 Pistols (total)
10 Plank tucks (side to side)
