Part A.

Every Minute for 5 sets

1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Snatch Balance + 1 OHS 

(keep this light!, empty BB or up to 95/65)

Part B.

Every 90 sec for 6 sets

1 Snatch High Pull + 2 Hang Squat Snatch

(light/moderate weight)

Part C.

Every 90 sec for 9 sets



(Increase weight as desired)
