1-10 Bar Facing Burpees

10-1 Sumo DL High Pull

Lv1: 65/45

Lv2: 95/60

Lv3: 115/75

Strength:

5×5 Deadlift @ 75%

Rest 2 min between sets

Finisher:

    1. 50 V-ups or 50 GHD Sit-ups

 

    (break up into sets as necessary)
