9:30 and 10:30 am CrossFit
Strength:

    3x w/ bar
    3 SN high pull
    3 Muscle SN
    3 Snatch Bal

    Then,
    EMOM 5
    Power Snatch + OHS

    Every 30 sec for 3 min
    1 Snatch

    Then,
    15 min to find
    1 Rep Max Snatch
    (as many attempts as desired, but if you fail the same weight 3x, you’re done.)
