Skill:

    Review Rope climb technique then,

    Alt EMOM 10
    10-15 Wall Balls @ 30/20
    1-2 legless rope climbs

WOD:

    20 min cap
    Event 6
    21-15-9
    DB snatches 50/35
    BMU/pull-ups
    Reps have to be in sync
