This Sunday is the Hassle Free Breakers at CFPH! Come watch youth and adults throw up some weight at this Olympic Lifting meet! We will only have 1 class that day at 9am.

October Challenge Test:

    Max Unbroken Handstand Push-ups- no abmat! 1-2 attempts
    (kipping, strict or both!)

    Lv1: Knees on box
    Lv2: Pike on box

Strength:

    Deadlift- Wendler
    Week 1, cycle 2
    65% + 10# x 5
    75% + 10# x 5
    85% + 10# x max reps

WOD:

    5rds
    Max Rep Unbroken Ring Muscle Ups
    200m run every time you rest

    Lv1: Push-ups
    Lv2: Ring dips
    Lv3: Ring MU
