    -tripod
    -tripod kick out to plank
    -tripod kick up and out to extended plank
    -tripod kick out to wall with partner

    *do not move on to next progression until mastered the first one.

    Lv3- Free standing HSPU practice with Partner

WOD:

    15 min AMRAP
    9 Wall balls (20/14)
    6 Chest 2 Bar Pull-ups
    3 HSPU/ 1 wall walk
