Paleo Challenge is Back!

To join in on the challenge, you will need to get a hydrostatic body composition test. AKA get “dunked”. This is the gold standard of measuring body fat and lean body mass.

2nd dunk: April 18th.

Challenge: Eat a strict paleolithic diet for 9 weeks.

1 female and 1 male winner for the biggest change in lean body mass to body fast ratio.
