    Banded, or partner assisted OK
    Or 3-5 Strict Pull-ups (on bar) AHAP

    Even min: seated Russian twists with MB 30/20# x20-30reps

WOD:

    2 min AMReP/ 1 min rest- 4 cycles
    Cycle 1
    DUs
    Cycle 2
    Clapping push-ups
    Cycle 3
    Box jump overs
    Cycle 4
    Burpee box jump overs

    *Post total reps for each cycle.
