Strength:

    Every 2 min for 6 sets
    Snatch Balance + 2 OHS

    then,

    Every 90 sec for 6 sets:
    Hang Snatch + Below the knee Snatch (not floor)+ Snatch

WOD:

    6 min AMRAP
    6 DB Snatch each arm
    12 jump lunges.
