Skill/ Strength: HSPU

    Every 2 mins for 6 sets
    max effort strict x 3 sets
    then
    max effort kipping x 3 set
    (12 min total)
    Max effort = Unbroken

    If cannot get deeper than 5″ in HSPU (strict) then:

    Lv1/Lv2: Every 2 min-
    Max HS hold (up to 1 min)
    x3 sets
    then,
    Max reps Pike push up on parallettes x 3 sets

WOD:

    5 rounds for time
    40 DUs
    20 Ball Slams
    10 Pistols
