    30 Burpees for Time
    5min cap

WOD 2:

    For Time:
    800m run
    30 Pull Ups
    30 Walking Lunge w/ DB
    20 Pull Ups
    20 Walking Lunges w/ DB
    10 Pull Ups
    10 Walking Lunges w/DB
    800m run

    25min cap

WOD 3:

    30 Burpees for time
    5min cap

    *5 min rest between WODs
