4th of July weekend Schedule:
Friday, July 3rd: 6:30am Lite N Tite, 7am, 8am and 12pm regular class only.
Saturday, July 4th: 9:30am and 10:30am regular class and 10:30am Mobility. No open gym
Sunday, July 5th: 9:30am and 10am regular class

STRENGTH: SNATCH

    10 min to warm up to a heavy
    PS+ HPS+ HS

    then do the complex
    Every 90sec- 6 sets

WOD: For Time

    21-15-9

    KB/DB Snatch (total)
    Wall balls
    MB sit-ups

    Lv1: 25/15, 14/10 @ 9ft
    Lv2: 35/25, 20/14 @ 9ft
    Lv3: 55/35, 20/14 @10ft
