    8:30-9:30am Lite N Tite
    9:30-11:30am OUTWOD (no class)
    11:30am-1:00pm Barbell Club/Open Gym

Friday, Oct 13th, 2017
WOD/Strength:

    EMOM 5
    Hang power clean + FS @ 50-60%
    EMOM 5
    2 hang squat clean @60-70%
    EMOM 10
    1 Squat clean %70 and increase each minute as desired

Finisher:

    5rds
    25 V-ups
    10 Ring Rows
