This Sunday is the Hassle Free Breakers at CFPH! Come watch youth and adults throw up some weight at this Olympic Lifting meet! We will only have 1 class that day at 9am.

Strength:

    Front squat (from rack O.K.)
    5-5-3-3-1-1
    Every 2 min
    Increase each set from ~75 to 90%

WOD:

    For time (17 min cap):

    30 burpees then,
    5rds
    10 Pistols
    30 DU
    Then,
    30 burpees
