WOD:

    For 4 cycles:
    AMRAP in 5 mins of:
    50 Double Unders
    3 Muscle Ups/or 6 ring dips
    6 Push Press, 135/95 lbs
    9 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs

    Rest 1 min between each cycle.
    For each cycle restart the AMRAP

    Lv1: 96/65
    Lv2: 115/75

6:30 CBBC Olympic Lifting

    Back Squat 60%x3, 70%x3, 80%x3, 80%x3x2
    High Block SN Pull + SN 75%x(1+1)x2, 80%x(1+1)x2
    High Block CN Pull + CN 75%x(1+1)x2, 80%x(1+1)x2
    CN Pull 90%x3x4
    Hanging Leg Raises AHAPx10x3
    Dips AHAPx10x3
