Skill/Strength:

    Work Up to a heavy set of 5 KB snatches (each arm and must be tap and go), then perform a 5×5 a that weigh. (20 min time cap)

WOD: 10 min AMRAP

    20 KB Swings @ 53/35#
    15 Box Jumps @ 24/20″
    10 Wall Balls @ 20/14#

WOD PREP with Yasmen- How to prepare for the WOD the night before:
1. Overhead Banded Distration. 2 min on each side pg.258*
2. Psoas Smash and Floss (option 2)- 2 min on each side pg.294*
