Strength: Back Squat

    8 min to warm up to 75% of 1RM
    then,
    5 reps every 2 min for 10 min @75% of 1RM

WOD: “Dirty Dozen”

    1-12 Jumping Lunges*
    12-1 Clapping Push-ups

    *both legs = 1 rep

Finisher: Partner Hamstring PNF
