    Halloween Hopper WOD and Costume Party– Saturday Oct 31st
    Food Bank WOD– Wednesday, Nov 4th

WOD 1:

    Strength: Alt EMOM 10 min

      3 Front Squat
      5-10 pushups
      AHAP for both

    WOD:

      400m run buy-in
      then, 4 rounds
      15 goblet squats
      15 single arm KB push press
      then,
      400m run
      *KB should come back to front rack position on PP. Not over the shoulder*.
