Partner WODs

WOD 1: 7 min AMRAP for max reps

    Partner A holds a plate straight out in front while partner B accumulates 12 box jump overs, then they switch. Partner B reps do not count if Partner A does not have arms at 90 deg.

WOD 2: 4 rounds for time

    400 m MB carry
    40 Wall Balls @ 20/14
    One MB per group, partners must run together, share work on WB.
