WOD: “7/4/1776”

    7 rounds for time of
    4 Handstand Push-ups
    1 Rope Climb, 15 ft
    7 Hang Squat Cleans, 95/65 lbs
    7 Push Press, 95/65 lbs
    6 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups

    EMOM complete 5 burpees until you complete workout. There is a 30 min time cap.

    Lv1: (no EMOM) 2 Wall Walks, 7 K2A, 7 Front Squats (65/45), 7 Push Press (65/45), 6 Pull-ups
    Lv2: (3 Burpee EMOM) 4 Neg HSPU, 7 K2E, 7 HSC (75/55), 7 PP (75/55), 6 Pull-ups
