Strength:

    Weighted Strict Pull-ups
    1 every 30 sec for 10 rds

    Rest 2 min

    Reverse Tabata L-hang hold
    10 on/ 20 off- 8rds

WOD:

    3 min AMRAP/ 1 min- 4 cycles (restart AMRAP each cycle)
    1 DL @75%
    5 Ring Dips*
    10 Sit-ups

    *Challenge- on high rings
