    2. Tricep Extension Smash
    3. Couch Stretch

Muscle Up Skill work:

    2rds-
    5 knees to feet
    5 kipping MU transitions
    5 swing hips to rings
    5 Ring supports
    -30 sec hollow hold

EMOM: 8 mins

    1-7 MU (bar or ring, # based on level)

    (Mod with Ring Dips, or push ups)

WOD: Death by Over-Unders

Finisher Death by plank-ups
