    20 min to complete:
    Deficit DL 3×3 @60-65%
    (standing on 25 or 35# plates- ONLY if you can maintain back posture at start position and throughout the lift).
    then,
    DL (regular) 3×3 @80-85%

WOD:

    8 min AMRAP
    Increasing ladder
    2-4-6-8…
    T2B
    Pistols

    Scoring note: If you completed 10 T2B and 10 Pistols, you did 5 rounds.
