6am, 7am, 8am & 12pm class WOD:

    8 Rds: (16 min)
    Every 90 sec with 30 sec rest
    3 Snatches @ 65% 1RM, then bar facing burpees for reps
    Lv1: Power Snatch 65/45
    Lv2: Power Snatch + OHS 95/65
    Lv3: Snatch 135/95

    Score = total bar facing burpees

    Then,
    8 min to find a 1 RM Snatch
