    6am, 7am, 8am and 12pm are regular scheduled classes and WODs
    No Class at 5pm- come watch the open announcement live with us!
    6-7:30pm Come anytime to do the open workout (registered or not)
    6:30pm Olympic Lifting
    7pm Elements

Strength:

    Every 3 min: Front squat
    5,5,3,3,1,1

WOD:

    5 min AMRAP
    10 T2B
    10 goblet squat

    2 min rest

    5 min AMRAP
    2 rope climbs
    15 jumping medball slams

Finisher:

    Finisher:
    Max plank hold in 5 mins
    (From elbows. Forearms parallel)

5pm-8pm: CrossFit Open 16.4
