6am, 7am, 8am & 12pm class:
Conditioning

    Every 30 sec for max effort Burpees w/ a 6” target
    1 min rest

    8 rds

WOD:

    3 min Interval/ 1 min rest- 4 rds
    400m run
    Push ups for reps
    Score = total push-ups

Night Class:
Open 15.4
Heats Begin at 6pm. All Levels welcome, even if not registered for the Open! Come anytime between 6-7:30 to WOD.
