Memorial Day Schedule- Monday, May 29:
9:30am and 10:30am Class only

Skill A:

    Handstand Walk 30 sec on/30sec off 4x
    -HS walk around rig- pause on the rest and continue to move around the rig- score= total laps

    Scaled: HS hold on wall
    20-30 sec on/30 sec rest- 4x

    Skill B:

      Bar MU drills/play

WOD:

    5 rds
    10 OH BB Lunges (Front step)
    5 Bar Muscle Ups

    Lv1: 65/45
    Lv2: 95/65
    Lv3: 125/85

Finish:

    75 Hollow Rocks
