    1 Snatch @ 75-80%

Strength B:

    Every 90 sec for 4 rounds
    2 OHS
    *off rack is OK

WOD:

    9 min AMRAP
    7 Power Snatch
    7 Burpee to a higher than 6” target.

    Lv1: 65/45
    Lv2: 105/75
    Lv3: 135/95
