    Strict Pull-ups
    Lv1: Ring Rows
    Lv2: Body Weight
    Lv3: AHAP

    *No kipping, no bands*

Strength B/ WOD:

    20 min EMOM
    Power Clean + Clean + Jerk

    Should be done at weight that is challenging but manageable for all 20 rounds.
    Focus is on technique, not weight!
