Strength: Overhead Squat

    Work up to something that feels heavy for 3 reps then perform 2 reps EMOM for 6 mins

WOD: 3 Rounds for time

    30 Med Ball Cleans @ 20/14#
    400m Med Ball Run @ 20/14#

Finisher: Tabata Plank hold with weight on small of back (pick your poison)

WOD PREP with Yasmen- How to prepare your body the night before.

    1. Banded Heel Cord- Anterior Approach pg 385. 1 min ea. side
    2. Banded Heel Cord- Posterior Approach pg 385 1 min ea. side
    3. Overhead Tissue Smash (Op 3) “Lat Clean Up” pg 257. 4 min each side
    Rumble Roller prefered.
