    1 Rope Climb, 15 ft
    7 Hang Squat Cleans, 95/65 lbs
    7 Push Press, 95/65 lbs
    6 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups

    *4 Burpee EMOM*- start with burpees

    Lv1: no burpees, 4 rope walks, 65/45
    Lv2: 2 burpees, 75/55
