Friday, July 3rd: 6:30am Lite N Tite, 7am, 8am and 12pm regular class only.
Saturday, July 4th: 9:30am and 10:30am regular class and 10:30am Mobility. No open gym
Sunday, July 5th: 9:30am and 10am regular class

    x5 @ 75%
    x4 @ 80%
    x3 @ 85%
    x2 @ 90%
    x1 @ 95%
    x2 @ 90%
    x3 @ 85%
    x4 @ 80%
    x5 @ 75%

    Work up to a heavy 1 rep and then back down in reverse- use the % as a guide.

WOD:

    8 min AMRAP
    6,8,10,12 Pistols (total)
    1,2,3,4 Wall Walks

    restart rep scheme after set 12 and 4
