    Snatch technique and build to working weight.

WOD:

    Alt EMOM 15
    40 sec Rope Climb
    50 DU
    5 Full Snatch
    AHAP
    *do not have to be TnG but should be quick

finisher:

    100 hollow rocks for time

Lite N’ Tite 6 pm

WOD:

    Complete 10 laps of 200m ball carry with
    E2MOM
    3 Burpee High Knee Jumps
