Lite N Tite 6pm WOD:
Strength: Single Leg Romanian DL w/ DB/KB 3×10

WOD: Post lowest rep count for each movement

    “Tabata These”:
    Air Squats (8rds)
    1 min rest
    Push-ups (8rds)
    1 min rest
    Double Unders (8rds)
    1 min rest
    KBS (8rds)
    1 min rest
    Sit-ups (8rds)
